Very high winds and snow flurries kept us closed. The wind began to create snow drfits after midnight. Accumulation amounted to between 0.5-1" by the time I went to bed. It was too windy to run the snow program. I parked in the south for sun exposure. Called it at 04:30. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 4 -7 18 54 (NE) ptly cldy none 17:00 5 -9 20 52 (NE) ptly cldy none 18:00 5 -9 4 163 (SSE) mstly clr none 19:00 3 -6 4 78 (ENE) mstly clr none 20:00 2 -6 35 68 (ENE) mstly clr none 21:00 1 -4 37 80 (E) ptly cldy none 22:00 1 -4 34 69 (ENE) ptly cldy lt snow 23:00 1 -3 31 64 (ENE) ptly cldy none 00:00 0 -4 33 74 (ENE) mstly clr none 01:00 -1 -2 32 77 (ENE) mstly cldy humid 02:00 -1 -3 42 71 (ENE) mstly cldy lt snow 03:00 -1 -3 32 70 (ENE) mstly cldy lt snow 04:00 -1 -3 41 71 (ENE) mstly cldy lt snow Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
