I found multiple crushed moths on the az drive but the alt drive was very clean. I cleaned both. To fill GIFs, I turned the valve about 1/6 rotation, then turned it off, then cracked it open about 1/10 rotation. It took nearly 30 min to fill. In the morning, it took only about 10min. Night started clear and I opened the dome at 18:34. Daylight saving went into effect today so one hour was added to the listed bright time. The night stayed clear with moderate seeing in the beginning and improving towards midnight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:05 SPIcam 564( 502) 65 34 3.4 5.2 5.5 5.2 5.2 MSSSO R 1.25 20:45 SPIcam 518( 408) 39 51 3.4 4.6 5.1 4.7 4.6 MSSSO R 1.00 00:05 SPIcam 520( 357) -44 49 3.4 3.5 4.1 3.5 3.5 MSSSO R 0.88 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 9 322 (NW) 109 clear none 17:00 5 346 (NNW) 119 clear none 18:00 12 41 (NE) 94 clear none 19:00 17 44 (NE) 96 clear none 20:00 15 32 (NNE) 52 clear none 21:00 10 32 (NNE) 71 clear none 22:00 2 20 (NNE) 80 clear none 23:00 10 14 (NNE) 75 clear none 00:00 10 357 (N) 65 clear none 01:00 10 355 (N) 63 clear none 01:00 12 14 (NNE) 61 clear none 02:00 13 10 (N) 124 clear none 03:00 18 16 (NNE) 100 clear none 04:00 18 22 (NNE) 124 clear none 05:00 20 22 (NNE) 132 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
