Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
The continuing winter storm brought rain and snow and many varieties of precipitation in between.  Also fog.  In addition, there was a UPS failure which disabled the telescope and broke connections to some of the instruments.  None of the instruments are in danger.  The UPS might be replaced on Saturday depending on how heavily the snow continues.
