Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
The agile rotator erred during first slew. I reinitialized the axes a few
times, and attempted to connect with talk2boxes, but after 20 minutes, we
decided that we could proceed without it and not lose more sky time. Will
fix tomorrow.
Ran a few engineering tasks. See separate email.
Closed at 23:20 due to high winds and poor seeing. Towards the end, APOLLO
gave up early and gave time to IH01. Listed this time as weather loss for
APOLLO.
