It happened between frame NM06 bias frames 5 and 6. I stoped/restarted the echelle icc. Humidity closed us down shortly after we started observing. My observer at least got one spectra before I had to close. Humidity stayed high for the remainder of the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:47 dcamera 451( 188) 142 60 -0.8 1.6 2.5 1.3 -0.3 -- 1.40 21:11 dcamera 738( 400) 241 46 -0.4 -0.2 1.6 -0.5 -0.5 -- 1.20 23:23 SPIcam 754( 532) 213 64 -0.4 -0.5 0.8 -0.4 -0.3 sdss r 0.93 01:22 ecamera 443( -986) -11 57 -0.6 -0.7 0.1 -0.6 -0.8 ND1 0.78 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 30 28 2 251 (WSW) 175 clear humid 17:00 29 27 9 318 (NW) 169 clear humid 18:00 29 27 13 326 (NW) 186 clear humid 19:00 29 27 11 334 (NNW) 137 cloudy humid 20:00 30 26 6 342 (NNW) 167 clear none 21:00 31 27 12 326 (NW) 158 clear none 22:00 32 26 1 344 (NNW) 189 clear none 23:00 31 25 9 324 (NW) 164 clear none 00:00 31 27 8 343 (NNW) 190 clear none 01:00 32 27 7 287 (WNW) 237 ptly cldy humid 02:00 31 28 11 339 (NNW) 248 mstly cldy humid 03:00 30 28 12 336 (NNW) 287 mstly cldy humid 04:00 31 29 9 331 (NNW) 238 mstly cldy humid 05:00 30 28 13 349 (N) 304 mstly cldy humid 06:00 31 28 11 329 (NNW) 288 mstly clr humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
