Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
During NM03's cals, the script was meant to command the filter from blue
to open. According to the TUI log, the command was regocnized.
2:01:41 CmdDone: NM03.Jean 19 echelle calfilter Open
After the next few images went, NM03 Thar 0017-0020, we checked and found
that Echelle reported the filter in the blue position. So, the command was
read, but not instituted.
We were not able to open all night due to clouds and thunderstorms in the
early morning. Called it a night at 05:00 and filled NICFPS.
