Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
No rain this time, but foggy and overcast all night.  The clouds looked
unimpressive on satellite because they were low and warm, but the sky
was definitely optically thick.  The Sloan dewpoint sensor froze but
ours continued to work, and we also got the anemometer fixed.
