Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Clouds and threat of rain at the start of the night, a window o varying
thinner clouds in the middle, then more threat of rain at the end of the
night.
The telescope worked well.  There was an unusual noise problem with DIS
during checkout which was resolved before observing with no loss of time.
