There was one failure of the gcam requiring a power cycle of the controller, but otherwise everything worked well. We successfully tried a nod script for use with GIFS. Some smoke was detectable by nose at evening and morning although it didn't drive up the particle counts much. This is probably from a fire in eastern Arizona. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:41 ecamera 704( 350) 40 23 18.8 19.2 19.7 18.9 18.6 ND4 1.17 22:35 GIFS 475( 1247) 101 27 18.0 18.0 18.6 17.8 17.5 green 1.60 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 76 34 27 253 (WSW) 1033 clear none 17:00 75 33 21 255 (WSW) 1126 clear none 18:00 75 34 16 264 (W) 702 clear none 19:00 72 31 21 254 (WSW) 711 clear none 20:00 68 27 19 272 (W) 640 clear none 21:00 67 26 19 266 (W) 484 clear none 22:00 66 24 19 267 (W) 489 clear none 23:00 65 24 21 281 (W) 569 clear none 00:00 64 23 22 293 (WNW) 780 clear none 01:00 64 22 20 311 (NW) 959 clear none 02:00 62 22 14 324 (NW) 960 mstly clr none 03:00 63 22 8 8 (N) 836 mstly clr none 04:00 62 21 15 15 (NNE) 1110 mstly clr none 05:00 62 21 10 19 (NNE) 1494 mstly clr none 06:00 62 20 11 21 (NNE) 1031 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
