Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
HIgh winds, dust, and nearby radar kept us closed the majority of the night.
Finally opened at 02:33, but data collection failed at 02:45. Closed the
dome again at 03:30. Observers called it a night at 04:30 when the
humidity began to rise, and dust didn't budge. Completed fills at 05:00.
