Observing Specialist: A.Bradley
First half was mostly lost to heavy clouds and nearby radar returns.  We opened when the clouds were mostly cleared out, and managed for a few hours.  Seeing was decent, but variable.  Heavy clouds rolled in and brought radar returns with them.  Around 1:30am we got some light snow flurries.  Humidity stayed high when the clouds cleared, and my user gave up at 04:15.
