I turned off the roof heaters when the temperature dropped below -3.0 C. Because of the high winds, I did not run the snow program, but the snow was not able to accumulate on the roof too much. Completed fills at 04:30. About 1/4" of snow on the sidewalks at bedtime. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 29 26 5 329 (NNW) 1146 cloudy snow 17:00 28 25 16 359 (N) 1218 cloudy snow 18:00 29 23 5 296 (WNW) 2766 cloudy humid 19:00 31 15 12 28 (NNE) 2044 cloudy none 20:00 30 14 30 7 (N) 2635 ptly cldy none 21:00 29 11 8 39 (NE) 1227 ptly cldy none 22:00 26 24 34 70 (ENE) 4180 cloudy snow 23:00 24 20 47 62 (ENE) 8421 cloudy snow 00:00 23 19 42 51 (NE) 12081 cloudy dust 01:00 23 12 45 78 (ENE) 12365 cloudy dust 02:00 23 11 51 70 (ENE) 8710 cloudy dust 03:00 22 11 48 67 (ENE) 4957 cloudy dust 04:00 21 11 28 69 (ENE) 2433 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
