We had one small snow flurry in the afternoon, and another in the morning. Otherwise just very cloudy and threatening to snow without following through. In the afternoon obs1 got kicked off of the 35m private local network, and we could not get it back up. I ran the snow program from my laptop, and otherwise was able to work around it. Fritz and Jon will fix the problem during today. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 24 16 14 180 (S) 362 cloudy none 17:00 25 14 10 198 (SSW) 292 cloudy none 18:00 25 11 13 180 (S) 331 cloudy none 19:00 24 12 11 189 (S) 367 cloudy none 20:00 23 13 11 209 (SSW) 393 cloudy none 21:00 23 12 9 232 (SW) 403 cloudy none 22:00 24 11 13 243 (WSW) 349 cloudy none 23:00 23 12 10 188 (S) 360 cloudy none 00:00 23 12 7 233 (SW) 400 cloudy none 01:00 23 14 8 263 (W) 565 cloudy none 02:00 23 14 9 267 (W) 521 cloudy lt snow 03:00 21 14 13 266 (W) 569 cloudy humid 04:00 20 14 7 268 (W) 621 mstly cldy humid 05:00 21 15 17 294 (WNW) 978 mstly cldy humid 06:00 23 15 14 272 (W) 953 mstly cldy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
