It took 2 power cyycles, with the stop button, and then small slews, in each axis separately, to coax the telescope to move. Once it moved, the axis was fine. These were not motion errors but normal buffer empty and it just didn't slew when commanded by the tcc. I did see the aztime and alttime warnings in the tcc log window. Not sure when they cleared (I assume after the 2nd stop button cycle). Clouds closed us at 22:26 We re-opened at 23:45 ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:58 ecamera 649( -839) -4 59 -2.8 -1.8 -2.8 -1.9 -2.3 ND1 0.79 19:09 ecamera 468(-1049) -8 60 -3.2 -2.5 -2.4 -2.5 -2.8 ND1 0.87 00:23 dcamera 360( -111) 120 45 -2.4 -2.8 -2.4 -2.7 -2.7 -- 1.70 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 29 -17 17 327 (NNW) mstly clr none 17:00 28 -17 18 317 (NW) ptly cldy none 18:00 28 -12 18 309 (NW) ptly cldy none 19:00 27 -6 16 292 (WNW) mstly cldy none 20:00 26 1 8 356 (N) mstly cldy none 21:00 27 0 14 314 (NW) mstly cldy none 22:00 27 -4 18 290 (WNW) mstly cldy none 23:00 29 -9 10 268 (W) ptly cldy none 00:00 28 0 10 268 (W) clear none 01:00 29 0 18 270 (W) clear none 02:00 28 3 21 275 (W) clear none 03:00 26 2 17 277 (W) clear none 04:00 26 2 21 299 (WNW) clear none 05:00 27 0 17 296 (WNW) clear none 06:00 27 -1 12 299 (WNW) clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
