Cleared with an axis init. Just noting these errors to monitor frequency Alt/az did not move when commanded via tcc initially after axis init and rotator tested. I did an axis stop/stop button cycle/axis init and then a short slew and things worked. Separate email sent to the engineers. I found NICFPS ICS had crashed when trying to change filters on the instrument. Restarted program (not computer) and reconnected to hub. This fixed the problem. A cold, but clear night.
