The dewpoint did drop for a couple of hours, but the clouds were very thick for most of that. When the clouds progressed to medium-thick I tried opening, but there wasn't even enough time to get focused on a very bright star before the humidity spiked again, so I didn't count any of that time as usable. The humidity doesn't look so high in the log below because that sensor was frozen, and one of the others was also having trouble, but that still left two in agreement that the humidity was very high, in addition to the evidence of visible fog. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 38 30 14 235 (SW) 159 cloudy lt rain 17:00 38 30 15 275 (W) 75 cloudy humid 18:00 40 30 12 260 (W) 277 cloudy humid 19:00 39 30 12 240 (WSW) 361 cloudy humid 20:00 39 30 9 265 (W) 401 cloudy humid 21:00 38 30 8 264 (W) 396 cloudy humid 22:00 39 29 9 268 (W) 521 cloudy humid 23:00 39 28 5 265 (W) 581 cloudy none 00:00 39 27 5 265 (W) 593 cloudy none 01:00 37 30 7 259 (W) 570 cloudy none 02:00 36 31 2 253 (WSW) 560 cloudy fog 03:00 36 31 2 233 (SW) 425 cloudy fog 04:00 36 31 1 204 (SSW) 513 cloudy humid 05:00 36 31 8 185 (S) 491 cloudy humid 06:00 35 31 2 111 (ESE) 476 cloudy lt rain Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
