I tried restarting the nubs, then I power cycled the instrument, with no luck, until I called Russet and got the name "afocus." Restarting that actor brought the guider back up immediately. No other problems the rest of the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- UW08 AGILE I/S 18:01 18:46 Guider not communicating properly. ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:51 AGILE 216(-2024) 115 69 2.1 3.2 3.3 3.0 1.9 BG40 2.50 03:48 AGILE 366(-1940) 146 74 2.1 1.9 2.4 2.0 1.6 BG40 1.50 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 36 15 23 316 (NW) 503 clear none 17:00 35 15 12 292 (WNW) 476 clear none 18:00 36 15 18 297 (WNW) 524 mstly clr none 19:00 35 18 19 289 (WNW) 587 mstly clr none 20:00 35 17 21 296 (WNW) 781 clear none 21:00 35 13 16 309 (NW) 599 clear none 22:00 36 12 6 281 (W) 530 clear none 23:00 36 12 10 336 (NNW) 504 clear none 00:00 37 12 14 322 (NW) 457 ptly cldy none 01:00 35 11 9 298 (WNW) 639 ptly cldy none 02:00 36 8 12 284 (WNW) 611 mstly clr none 03:00 35 9 15 240 (WSW) 695 mstly clr none 04:00 35 9 14 264 (W) 625 clear none 05:00 31 8 10 265 (W) 604 clear none 06:00 31 8 14 290 (WNW) 607 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
