Just a bit obnoxious. We were open all night, and ticked off just about every engineering task. See engineering email for details (there are many). Seeing was also pretty excellent, despite the clouds. We called it a night when we ran out of doable tasks at about 5:30. The clouds were very obliging, and cleared to let us see some of the lunar eclipse, although not at it's darkest. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:08 guider 261( 809) 162 70 11.8 14.7 14.2 14.4 85.0 Red ND2 0.99 20:43 dcamera 127( 410) 87 43 12.1 11.9 12.1 11.4 85.0 -- 1.49 00:31 dcamera 249( 485) -101 43 12.1 10.9 11.5 10.6 85.0 -- 1.28 01:54 SPIcam 246( 636) -13 62 13.3 11.4 11.9 11.4 85.0 SDSS r 0.80 --------------- WEATHER LOG --------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ---------------------------------------------------------- 16:00 59 24 2 331 (NNW) 962 mstly cldy none 17:00 57 27 0 258 (WSW) 1007 mstly cldy none 18:00 57 28 6 356 (N) 871 ptly cldy none 19:00 54 28 11 10 (N) 868 ptly cldy none 20:00 55 22 6 6 (N) 847 mstly clr none 21:00 54 24 1 348 (NNW) 950 mstly clr none 22:00 54 25 1 267 (W) 1133 clear none 23:00 51 28 3 225 (SW) 1467 clear none 00:00 52 27 6 217 (SW) 1041 ptly cldy none 01:00 53 25 3 241 (WSW) 1026 ptly cldy none 02:00 54 23 2 194 (SSW) 889 mstly cldy none 03:00 56 18 6 231 (SW) 726 ptly cldy none 04:00 52 20 6 260 (W) 737 ptly cldy none 05:00 53 19 10 233 (SW) 619 mstly cldy none 06:00 52 31 9 222 (SW) 534 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
