Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
The axis motors halted when Agile was nearing +146. I think the cord was
wrapped, so we rotated Agile and untangled. I was under the impression
that this wasn't an issue under +/- 180 degrees. We lost less than 5
minutes of time on this.
