Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
High humidity and rain threats kept us closed for the beginning of the
night. Decided to open at 22:36 once radar in Tularosa Basin dissipated
and the telescope was still warm enough not to be threatened by higher
humidity. Seeing was horrible upon opening, but we managed to get data
with echelle to start.
Closed again at 02:22. Humidity limits were finally breeched after we had
been pushing them all night. We gave up shortly after 05:00 after hours of
no change.
