Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
Closed at 00:21 because of humidity and winds. Opened again at 01:15. We
lost targets in the clouds at 03:57, but remianed open because there was
no immediate threat. After waiting for 20 minutes, we decided to close for
cals. We were not able to open again due to high humidity and heavy cloud
cover. Observer gave up at 05:10.
On the bright side, we did not experience any technical problems.
