The weather was perfect, except when we started Apollo: some light clouds perturbed the measurements. We noted an odd 40-arcsec pointing jump during Apollo. For this, Russet will invstigate in more details. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:30 dis-slit 570( 1240) 37 69 17.5 20.0 18.8 19.6 18.0 -- 1.20 21:20 dis-slit 418( 1015) -29 35 17.1 17.8 17.6 17.4 16.8 -- 1.46 00:08 dis-slit 444( 919) -120 62 17.0 16.1 16.5 16.0 16.0 -- 1.46 04:22 APOLLO 675( 1826) 85 39 16.1 15.1 15.3 14.9 15.5 530 1.70 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 53 1 238 (WSW) ptly cldy none 17:00 71 51 8 214 (SW) mstly cldy lt rain 18:00 68 49 4 247 (WSW) ptly cldy none 19:00 67 50 2 250 (WSW) ptly cldy none 20:00 65 50 1 255 (WSW) ptly cldy none 21:00 63 48 2 328 (NNW) clear none 22:00 63 48 5 25 (NNE) clear none 23:00 62 47 3 97 (E) clear none 00:00 62 46 11 134 (SE) clear none 01:00 62 47 2 152 (SSE) clear none 02:00 60 47 4 338 (NNW) clear none 03:00 60 46 5 352 (N) clear none 04:00 59 46 7 351 (N) clear none 05:00 60 47 7 7 (N) mstly clr none 06:00 62 46 8 12 (NNE) mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
