Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
Clouds and humidity kept us closed at the beginning of the night, but
cleared enough to open at 21:00.
Closed again at 01:40 due to high humidity and low dewpoint difference.
The humidity stayed above 89% for the rest of the night. UC02 called it at
04:15. I did fills and went to bed.
