Observing Specialist: A.Bradley
Most of first half was lost to heavy clouds and nearby radar returns.  Had a small bit of rain along the way.  I opened at 23:32 as the tail end of the storm was moving out, and we still had some straggler clouds.  Seeing was pretty great the whole time we were open.  Had about 20 minutes of heavy clouds that we couldn't push through with echelle, but otherwise the rest of the night was clear and productive.
