There were a few periods of partial clearness. Seeing started out pretty bad, but improved later in the night. Unfortunately not early enough for APOLLO, and Russet gave her time to the CU07 observer. Made the Dis slitmasks this afternoon, and all looks fine. Thanks for investigating guys! The PMSS used up all of the disk space, and shut itself down until space is cleared. I left the error message on the screen. A few minutes before 05:00 local time, the CU observer lost his TUI connection. Not sure what caused it, but he got it back in a few minutes. ITtwasn't a terrible loss, he switched to cals as soon as he got back online. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:11 ECHELLE 228( -761) 230 45 11.4 14.5 14.9 14.4 11.2 Clear 2.31 00:17 ECHELLE 545( -554) 130 56 12.7 12.6 13.1 12.7 12.4 Clear 1.09 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 80 32 20 215 (SW) 2397 cloudy none 17:00 73 30 21 264 (W) 2398 cloudy none 18:00 68 27 20 267 (W) 1778 cloudy none 19:00 68 27 16 269 (W) 1479 cloudy none 20:00 60 36 21 141 (SE) 2087 cloudy none 21:00 55 36 27 141 (SE) 3251 cloudy none 22:00 53 37 19 127 (SE) 3829 mstly cldy none 23:00 52 37 19 137 (SE) 2122 ptly cldy none 00:00 55 36 18 157 (SSE) 2425 ptly cldy none 01:00 55 35 19 172 (S) 2355 mstly clr none 02:00 53 36 19 138 (SE) 2461 cloudy none 03:00 52 35 16 155 (SSE) 3395 cloudy none 04:00 52 33 15 168 (SSE) 5440 cloudy dust 05:00 52 36 14 180 (S) 3212 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
