Clear and smooth sailing. The echelle slitviewer wheel did not respond to changes made with TUI, but it was not necessary to move it for guiding, so we did not worry about it too much. TUI believed it was the "Clear" filter, when it was ND2. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:13 ECHELLE 550( -401) -33 52 14.6 15.4 15.7 14.9 14.5 ND2 1.28 01:30 dis-slit 449( 464) 259 48 14.1 13.7 14.2 13.9 13.9 -- 1.17 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 66 23 7 269 (W) 1095 clear none 17:00 67 22 11 243 (WSW) 899 clear none 18:00 66 24 13 243 (WSW) 1130 clear none 19:00 64 21 8 260 (W) 929 clear none 20:00 60 17 21 266 (W) 1124 clear none 21:00 58 15 16 258 (WSW) 1338 clear none 22:00 58 14 15 264 (W) 1181 clear none 23:00 58 13 15 268 (W) 982 clear none 00:00 58 15 6 271 (W) 897 clear none 01:00 58 15 6 285 (WNW) 919 clear none 02:00 57 15 14 305 (NW) 987 clear none 03:00 57 15 8 338 (NNW) 1260 clear none 04:00 57 14 5 345 (NNW) 1093 clear none 05:00 56 14 7 345 (NNW) 1148 clear none 06:00 55 14 4 333 (NNW) 1218 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
