Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Snow earlier in the afternoon/evening left about 3/4 on everything.  Temperatures hovered just below freezing and humidity levels were over closure limits and high all night long as well as fog until around 02:00.
I ran NICFPS engineering tests tonight for Bill to try to re-create an issue we saw a couple of weeks ago.  Separate email sent to Bill.
I shut the telescope down at 04:00 with no chance of opening.
Telescope pointed due South to help remove ice/snow from roof during the daytime.
