Humidity was high until around 01:30 and the wind gusts then picked up to over 40MPH. I did instrument fills around 04:45AM. Telescope parked due South to melt any remaining ice/snow on the enclosure. I left the telescope parked at alt 75 in case Bill wanted to run the snow program during the day to help get rid of the ice on the lightning arrestors. It will need to be returned to the normal park position at some point so we can get LN2 into the enclosure. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 23 21 24 32 (NNE) 405 ptly cldy humid 17:00 22 20 17 32 (NNE) 405 mstly cldy humid 18:00 22 19 17 27 (NNE) 405 ptly cldy humid 19:00 22 19 16 360 (N) 405 ptly cldy humid 20:00 21 18 27 46 (NE) 405 ptly cldy humid 21:00 22 18 17 44 (NE) 405 clear humid 22:00 20 18 25 62 (ENE) 405 clear humid 23:00 20 18 27 66 (ENE) 405 clear humid 00:00 19 17 0 216 (SW) 405 clear humid 01:00 19 17 17 66 (ENE) 405 clear humid 02:00 19 15 31 68 (ENE) 405 clear none 03:00 19 12 23 54 (NE) 405 clear none 04:00 20 12 23 53 (NE) 405 clear none 05:00 19 12 1 146 (SE) 405 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
