We closed at 03:30, unable to push through the clouds. I did fills then, and waited for the clouds to pass. We were never able to open again, between the clouds and high ground humidity. Gave up at 05:30. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:35 tcamera 637( 809) -28 54 5.2 6.1 6.4 5.7 5.4 -- 1.87 22:41 tcamera 697( 763) 6 62 4.3 4.1 4.7 4.3 4.2 -- 1.38 01:18 ecamera 727( -419) -51 46 4.7 4.6 5.0 4.8 4.6 ND2 0.77 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 48 25 7 228 (SW) 512 ptly cldy none 17:00 43 26 5 196 (SSW) 643 mstly clr none 18:00 42 18 6 209 (SSW) 356 clear none 19:00 41 21 9 199 (SSW) 270 clear none 20:00 40 26 9 211 (SSW) 659 clear none 21:00 40 25 10 202 (SSW) 479 clear none 22:00 40 26 13 239 (WSW) 457 clear none 23:00 41 25 12 264 (W) 362 clear none 00:00 41 25 10 265 (W) 259 ptly cldy none 01:00 39 30 11 216 (SW) 412 mstly cldy none 02:00 41 28 14 237 (WSW) 422 mstly cldy none 03:00 40 32 15 230 (SW) 435 ptly cldy none 04:00 40 32 15 227 (SW) 416 cloudy none 05:00 39 32 16 225 (SW) 440 cloudy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
