Observing Specialist: A.Shugart
Vertical stripes in tspec guider. t50-60 are good examples. Closed at
18:45 because of 40+ mph wind gusts. Opened again at 21:20. Closed again
at 22:05. Conditions never improved after this point. Gave up at 05:00.
