Skies started clearing around 02:15 but there was a storm just to our West that had me concerned. Humidity also rose to over 70% when the clouds parted, plus lightning 30KM away. I held off opening until I thought it safe. I finally opened around 03:25, humidity was aroudn 80% but steady and the storms seemed to have moved farther to the SW (75KM) ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03:38 dis-slit 475( 560) 20 59 13.0 15.2 16.8 15.2 13.2 -- 1.68 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 66 45 15 52 (NE) 373 ptly cldy none 17:00 68 45 1 181 (S) 473 ptly cldy rain 18:00 61 48 5 7 (N) 845 ptly cldy rain 19:00 65 44 4 279 (W) 515 mstly cldy none 20:00 64 45 2 250 (WSW) 655 cloudy none 21:00 65 44 1 225 (SW) 684 cloudy none 22:00 63 43 6 174 (S) 689 cloudy none 23:00 64 42 7 81 (E) 663 cloudy none 00:00 63 41 5 90 (E) 632 cloudy none 01:00 61 44 6 186 (S) 667 cloudy none 02:00 59 46 10 218 (SW) 1083 mstly clr none 03:00 55 48 16 152 (SSE) 965 ptly cldy none 04:00 55 48 17 151 (SSE) 913 ptly cldy none 05:00 56 47 14 183 (S) 842 mstly clr none 06:00 53 48 9 165 (SSE) 1129 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
