Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Clouds, nearby radar, and telescope trouble until 11 pm.  Then heavier
clouds and light rain until 3 am.  It finally appeared to be worth opening
at 4 am.
During checkout I found a problem with the clock signal going to the
altitude, NA2 rotator, and agile rotator controllers.  This turned out to
be a bad fiber converter, and Bill had to come in to work on it.  It was
cleared up by 11 pm, but honestly the time was not usable anyway.
