Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Since TSPEC is going to be on the next few nights, I checked & zero'ed the rotator (using the tape marks).  It was off 0.29 deg.
Guy reported still seeing banding in the Echelle bias frames, I confirmed.
Adam Ginsburg noted that he had TUI crash on him several times (became unresponsive) which aborted his nod script.  He was running MacOSX 10.7.3-X86 64-i386 (Lion), TUI 1.9.5.  Adam reported "I found out that the failure was happening when a file finished downloading -  I think it failed to load ds9"; "I just had a successful ds9 open after downloading; I think that rules out my prior explanation.... however, between the last crash and the successful load, I closed ds9, so maybe that was it"
Invasion of the moths tonight in the ops building.  Gone yesterday, back today with a vengance.
My observer was taking cals with the echelle in the morning.  I also left Echelle permissions set for DD02 to take echelle cals later in the afternoon as well.
