APOLLO got excellent returns. Everything worked well except for a small mystery concerning image transfer: when the PU05 observer first started taking cals before sunset, only the red ones were transferred even though both red and blue were exposed and saved to disk here. He restarted TUI and the problem resolved. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:50 dis-slit 519( 479) -21 66 12.4 12.9 13.2 12.5 12.3 - 1.00 00:08 dis-slit 360( 244) -92 51 11.6 11.2 11.6 11.0 11.3 - 1.40 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 68 21 23 208 (SSW) 2230 clear none 17:00 63 20 25 207 (SSW) 1706 clear none 18:00 62 19 20 219 (SW) 1841 clear none 19:00 58 17 13 256 (WSW) 1794 clear none 20:00 55 17 11 230 (SW) 1929 clear none 21:00 54 17 14 224 (SW) 1805 clear none 22:00 54 17 13 235 (SW) 1736 clear none 23:00 54 18 12 266 (W) 2039 clear none 00:00 53 17 9 264 (W) 2093 clear none 01:00 52 17 7 261 (W) 2094 clear none 02:00 53 16 10 267 (W) 2158 clear none 03:00 51 17 9 261 (W) 2387 clear none 04:00 50 20 8 263 (W) 2571 clear none 05:00 50 20 15 266 (W) 2618 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
