During second half we had power outages. Each lasted a few seconds, and came in groups of about 2 or 3. Utility power always came back. This started at the same time that lightning got within about 12km of us, and continued even after the lightning was gone. I reset the enclosure when I left, although I think it likely that the power will flicker again. Gave up for the night at 05:09 Mounted GFP for daytime testing. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 55 33 4 120 (ESE) 1541 mstly cldy lt rain 17:00 57 30 16 143 (SE) 1263 mstly cldy none 18:00 51 36 20 89 (E) 1204 ptly cldy none 19:00 50 35 12 70 (ENE) 944 ptly cldy none 20:00 46 35 12 85 (E) 956 mstly cldy none 21:00 47 34 12 207 (SSW) 923 mstly cldy none 22:00 52 32 9 114 (ESE) 1106 mstly cldy none 23:00 47 34 11 111 (ESE) 791 cloudy none 00:00 50 37 17 127 (SE) 1096 cloudy none 01:00 50 38 15 143 (SE) 1241 cloudy lt rain 02:00 49 38 17 172 (S) 1296 cloudy lt rain 03:00 45 39 25 145 (SE) 1270 cloudy none 04:00 48 28 8 149 (SSE) 697 cloudy none 05:00 48 31 12 185 (S) 954 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
