Total accumulation 2-3 inches with drifts. Frequent power dips during first half upset the enclosure controller and made it difficult to keep the snow program running so I changed the telescope position by hand until after midnight when the power improved and I could run the automatic program. Telescope parked facing southeast. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 25 24 12 79 (E) 1033 cloudy snow 17:00 23 21 13 82 (E) 988 cloudy snow 18:00 21 18 28 70 (ENE) 1680 cloudy snow 19:00 21 18 15 87 (E) 1248 cloudy snow 20:00 21 18 28 71 (ENE) 1115 cloudy snow 21:00 20 18 30 63 (ENE) 1478 cloudy lt snow 22:00 20 17 32 72 (ENE) 1108 cloudy lt snow 23:00 19 16 29 71 (ENE) 1394 cloudy lt snow 00:00 19 17 30 70 (ENE) 2378 cloudy lt snow 01:00 20 17 19 88 (E) 1126 cloudy lt snow 02:00 20 17 18 87 (E) 1026 cloudy none 03:00 20 18 22 74 (ENE) 983 cloudy none 04:00 19 17 13 82 (E) 1417 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
