gcam and ecam needed to be restarted during checkout.
NICFPS fails when InstCheck script was ran.  I know Bill was running some tests today.  I couldn't
get it to take a dark manually either.
Echelle focus script worked fine at the start of the night but refused again to work during the
second half of the night.  Same problems as last night.  We didn't see as many problems with the
echelle slitviewer as we did last night, just when I was trying to focus.
Pesky clouds during most of the night.
