It took a while to identify and replace a blown fuse in one of the azimuth amplifiers. For the remainder of first half, partial clouds caused some trouble. During second half I closed a while to let some thicker clouds and sprinkles pass by. All the instruments worked well, and so did the telescope after the fuse replacement. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CU03 T T/H 20:40 22:00 az amp blown fuse ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:22 TSPEC 200( 666) -18 32 17.4 18.1 17.8 17.7 17.1 Ks 1.10 01:32 ECHELLE 350( -550) -10 55 16.7 16.5 16.8 16.4 16.5 ND3 0.85 03:59 ECHELLE 192( -758) -54 37 13.8 15.0 15.6 15.0 13.8 ND3 1.30 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 72 52 9 225 (SW) 857 mstly cldy lt rain 17:00 73 52 12 231 (SW) 779 mstly cldy none 18:00 71 51 8 223 (SW) 796 mstly cldy none 19:00 69 51 8 195 (SSW) 892 ptly cldy none 20:00 64 50 3 191 (S) 747 ptly cldy none 21:00 61 49 6 194 (SSW) 943 mstly clr none 22:00 63 49 4 195 (SSW) 647 ptly cldy none 23:00 62 49 1 208 (SSW) 614 ptly cldy none 00:00 61 49 5 185 (S) 671 ptly cldy none 01:00 63 49 8 184 (S) 729 mstly clr none 02:00 61 49 7 161 (SSE) 1050 ptly cldy none 03:00 58 50 12 89 (E) 989 ptly cldy lt rain 04:00 57 50 13 122 (ESE) 1247 ptly cldy none 05:00 58 50 16 121 (ESE) 1271 clear none 06:00 59 50 14 126 (SE) 1291 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
