DIS tilts were far off during checkout, I homed the turret but still needed to change both blue and red by ~ 30 steps each. Suspicious because in opposite directions but not quite the same amount. Detent at 1476 steps. UT 06:14 Agile rotator spontaneously stopped while tracking with a "Motor Disabled" in the status gui but no error in the log scroll. UC01 taking morning cals with DIS. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:00 AGILE -1175(-1295) 19 61 17.9 20.1 19.2 19.5 18.4 SDSS r' 0.83 01:19 dis-slit 177( 366) -60 65 17.2 17.4 17.8 17.3 17.1 0.82 05:10 ECHELLE 382( -515) 122 40 17.2 16.1 16.6 16.2 16.2 ND3 0.95 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 72 47 11 262 (W) 618 mstly clr none 17:00 78 47 13 200 (SSW) 505 mstly clr none 18:00 72 43 13 244 (WSW) 410 mstly clr none 19:00 70 43 6 202 (SSW) 443 mstly clr none 20:00 66 44 6 188 (S) 486 mstly clr none 21:00 64 45 8 223 (SW) 572 mstly clr none 22:00 65 45 5 252 (WSW) 697 mstly clr none 23:00 65 45 9 229 (SW) 731 mstly clr none 00:00 64 47 7 246 (WSW) 808 mstly clr none 01:00 64 48 7 269 (W) 781 mstly clr none 02:00 62 50 2 268 (W) 513 mstly clr none 03:00 61 50 4 345 (NNW) 406 mstly clr none 04:00 62 50 6 321 (NW) 420 mstly clr none 05:00 63 49 4 289 (WNW) 451 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
