Observing Specialist: J.Huehnerhoff
Intermittent clouds during first half clearing shortly after the start of
second half.  Good seeing the entire night.  No telescope or instrument
problems.
DIS blue camera pumped and cooled during the day.  No dark current found
during afternoon tests.  At end of the night the temp was -89.3C (tracking
ambient) with the ion pump at 5.94V.
