Observing Specialist: J.Huehnerhoff
Dust at start of the evening with intermittent clouds throughout the
night.  Closed at 0200MT due to rapid increase in humidity after high dust
and threatening clouds overhead.  Opened after clouds moved to the North.
Closed again at 0410 due to complete cloud cover.
