High humidity and moderate dust for most of first half.  Opened after
skies cleared and humidity stabilized.  Closed at 0415MT due to high
humidity and high dust.
Large DIS focus values due to lack of ventilation and cold temperatures.
New TSPEC slitviewer masks made for all slits.
Internal UC time swap/sharing reflected in the actual start time.
