Although the telescope did not close I am counting one hour towards weather because science was not possible. Since the user could not observe through the cloud, eAurigae data was taken. Waves of dust/particle spikes closed down the telescope twice during second half. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:35 TSPEC 406( 565) 238 59 11.1 13.3 11.6 12.1 11.9 -- 0.90 20:34 TSPEC 266( 350) 41 61 11.3 11.8 11.5 11.1 11.2 -- 0.92 01:37 dis-slit 250( -31) -69 74 10.4 10.6 10.8 10.5 10.5 -- 1.53 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 59 14 18 259 (W) 484 clear none 17:00 59 17 14 212 (SSW) 1279 mstly clr none 18:00 57 15 18 228 (SW) 2339 clear none 19:00 52 11 18 223 (SW) 2935 mstly clr none 20:00 52 13 20 255 (WSW) 2515 mstly clr none 21:00 52 15 16 262 (W) 2270 mstly clr none 22:00 54 15 24 274 (W) 1566 ptly cldy none 23:00 53 15 17 264 (W) 1323 mstly cldy none 00:00 53 15 14 270 (W) 879 cloudy none 01:00 52 15 18 272 (W) 1033 cloudy none 02:00 51 16 13 264 (W) 1384 cloudy dust 03:00 50 15 19 295 (WNW) 7396 cloudy dust 04:00 50 17 15 283 (WNW) 7031 mstly cldy dust 05:00 49 17 19 271 (W) 10971 cloudy dust 06:00 48 15 20 270 (W) 8743 cloudy dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
