Did not close immediately due to wind because of telescope/building position with respect to the wind. Drives showed no noticable difficulty. Closed at 0130MT due to high winds, high humidity, and clouds forming from the East. Light rain started shortly after. Re-opened after humidity dropped and clouds cleared. Agile collimation data taken during changeover. Collimation looks good. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:50 AGILE -1650(-2605) 136 60 2.1 3.8 3.3 2.8 2.6 SDSS r' 2.45 01:09 dis-slit 51( -902) 328 57 -3.3 -3.3 -3.0 -3.6 -3.4 -- 3.15 05:49 dis-slit 84( -965) 200 68 -5.8 -5.1 -4.7 -5.4 -5.5 -- 3.21 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 39 11 13 358 (N) 1622 clear none 17:00 39 12 1 188 (S) 1605 clear none 18:00 38 10 10 272 (W) 1579 clear dust 19:00 35 8 23 356 (N) 4047 clear none 20:00 31 11 19 57 (ENE) 2277 clear none 21:00 30 6 13 11 (N) 1550 clear none 22:00 29 2 27 27 (NNE) 1960 clear none 23:00 27 3 24 44 (NE) 1918 clear none 00:00 26 9 30 48 (NE) 1710 clear none 01:00 23 19 23 52 (NE) 631 ptly cldy humid 02:00 22 20 35 63 (ENE) 243 ptly cldy lt rain 03:00 22 19 35 66 (ENE) 231 mstly clr none 04:00 21 18 32 67 (ENE) 356 clear none 05:00 21 12 27 61 (ENE) 772 clear none 06:00 21 10 23 71 (ENE) 719 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
