A crash of the slitviewer controller cost a few minutes of time during the first program, but everything else worked well. The first half observers ended a little early so I was able to check collimation with Agile, which looked just fine. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DD04 E I/S 19:55 20:00 Slitty crash/disk mount prob ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:42 TSPEC 260( 285) 257 56 10.3 10.5 10.6 10.2 10.3 Ks 1.20 21:54 NICFPS 75( 421) 252 41 10.5 10.6 10.9 10.6 10.7 Ks 1.02 01:13 SPICAM 126( 31) 257 54 8.8 9.1 9.2 8.5 8.7 Halpha 0.86 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 45 16 20 297 (WNW) 1351 clear none 17:00 48 17 18 294 (WNW) 942 clear none 18:00 48 17 8 350 (N) 909 clear none 19:00 47 16 19 299 (WNW) 810 clear none 20:00 46 16 17 312 (NW) 668 clear none 21:00 47 17 7 347 (NNW) 709 clear none 22:00 45 17 13 311 (NW) 697 clear none 23:00 44 17 22 357 (N) 646 clear none 00:00 43 18 3 340 (NNW) 516 clear none 01:00 42 17 1 347 (NNW) 644 clear none 02:00 40 18 17 347 (NNW) 904 clear none 03:00 39 19 27 16 (NNE) 788 clear none 04:00 39 19 28 15 (NNE) 422 clear none 05:00 40 19 40 8 (N) 254 clear none 06:00 38 20 27 23 (NNE) 239 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
