Would not move via TUI or talk to boxes. Tried to reset controller, still no luck. Called Fritz, he rebooted the rotator controller, and got things moving again. He then rebooted the az & alt controllers as well. Zeroed NA2 rotator. Clouds began increasing around 10 pm and into the second half enough such that at some point data acquisition was null. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 07:20 ECHELLE 105(-1244) -37 83 8.1 8.2 8.5 7.7 8.1 ND2 0.68 01:06 ECHELLE 316( -920) 130 70 9.3 10.5 9.5 9.7 9.8 ND3 1.06 01:39 TSPEC 203( 181) 146 76 9.5 9.8 9.3 8.7 9.2 1.00 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 49 4 1 224 (SW) 206 clear none 17:00 48 3 1 326 (NW) 209 clear none 18:00 49 3 13 350 (N) 166 clear none 19:00 49 4 5 308 (NW) 264 clear none 20:00 50 5 2 312 (NW) 244 clear none 21:00 50 5 8 5 (N) 287 clear none 22:00 47 4 13 1 (N) 235 clear none 23:00 48 4 6 305 (NW) 259 ptly cldy none 00:00 48 5 3 346 (NNW) 157 ptly cldy none 01:00 46 2 10 321 (NW) 172 mstly cldy none 02:00 45 1 10 333 (NNW) 172 mstly cldy none 03:00 45 1 11 66 (ENE) 179 mstly cldy none 04:00 48 4 9 92 (E) 272 mstly cldy none 05:00 43 0 5 45 (NE) 577 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
