I spent the evening shoveling the front porch, figuring out what files I needed to compike the latest beta TUi on my Windows Vista netbook, and running the snow program and DIS shutter program (It was cold tonight (-13C) and not expected to get warm for the next few nights, when we will need to use DIS on Thursday). By 04:00 we had between 8 - 10 inches of fresh white snow on the ground (and it was still snowing). I shut things down at 05:15. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 19 14 18 237 (WSW) 5073 cloudy snow 17:00 18 14 18 223 (SW) 12689 cloudy snow 18:00 16 11 15 201 (SSW) 1618 cloudy snow 19:00 17 12 15 196 (SSW) 10430 cloudy snow 20:00 15 10 9 234 (SW) 553 cloudy snow 21:00 2 -3 2 264 (W) 948 cloudy snow 22:00 12 8 12 228 (SW) 814 cloudy lt snow 23:00 6 1 11 186 (S) 830 cloudy lt snow 00:00 10 5 13 196 (SSW) 1020 cloudy snow 01:00 6 0 7 184 (S) 926 cloudy snow 02:00 11 7 13 208 (SSW) 1025 cloudy snow 03:00 4 -3 2 168 (SSE) 833 cloudy snow 04:00 8 4 11 184 (S) 932 cloudy snow 05:00 7 2 12 177 (S) 898 cloudy snow Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
