Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Wind speed limit of 15MPH tonight due to ice on lightning rods on dome.
Wind gusts finally dropped below 15MPH around 20:50 so I decided it was safe to open.
JH03 & UW09 did some internal time bartering tonight.  I left the time accounting alone.
A band of slow moving clouds came over us around 02:00 and stayed with us for the remainder of the night.  Echelle was observing very bright targets so they were able to observer thru the clouds.  A little improvement at the end of the night gave APOLLO a few minutes of ranging, until the clouds came back.
Telescope parked due N per Bill's request.
