Took a new pointing model. Same as last night but going the opposite direction. Did some more scattered light tests, and did one more pointing model after discussion with Nick. Heavy clouds rolled in during the last pointing model, forcing us to give up hope of a final pointing model. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 31 15 12 20 (NNE) 153 clear none 17:00 29 15 7 65 (ENE) 139 clear none 18:00 30 11 15 73 (ENE) 141 clear none 19:00 31 5 5 101 (E) 121 clear none 20:00 28 12 7 112 (ESE) 198 ptly cldy none 21:00 28 11 1 186 (S) 148 ptly cldy none 22:00 30 11 4 238 (WSW) 146 ptly cldy none 23:00 28 13 2 235 (SW) 128 ptly cldy none 00:00 28 13 2 231 (SW) 128 mstly clr none 01:00 29 13 3 246 (WSW) 124 mstly clr none 02:00 28 13 3 250 (WSW) 140 ptly cldy none 03:00 28 14 2 246 (WSW) 159 cloudy none 04:00 27 15 1 303 (WNW) 145 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
