Observing Specialist: N.Ule
At 18:41 had a power flicker ~1 sec.  Dome and telescope were not in motion
at the time.  Had to go upstairs and reset the mirror covers.
The night began with dense cloud coverage which grew thicker, high humdity
kept the dome closed until 01:45.  One cloud hovered over the dome until
about 04:00.  Wind at 05:00, closed again.
